The space we are in today with current events is bringing up a lot of uncertainty and illuminating shadows within ourselves and humanity. Most of what we see and hear in the news and social media is filled with fear and anger. Maybe you are wondering like me, how we be able to heal and move forward as one from this?

In this podcast, we have a very special guest, Ashley Middleton, who believes that we can heal honoring our diversity in the wholeness of humanity. She will share her views and experiences with racism and her insights on how we can create a collective that supports the black community. Ashley is born and raised in Buffalo, New York where she currently resides with her husband, Rod, and their dog, Miko. She is a lover of all things health, wellness & inspiration, and she also facilitates conversations of Diversity & Inclusion as this topic has always been near and dear to her heart.
