I am excited to announce that our 2020 Retreat has been rescheduled. I will be hosting a yoga and personal transformation retreat in Costa Rica July 31- August 4at the luxury Bodhi Tree Resort. 2 Daily Classes, a blend of yoga and meditation , 3 healthy meals, a juice bar, Special Daily Workshops, Sacred Ceremony, (to include a Chakra Energy Alignment, Basic Yoga Alignment and either couples of feminine embodiment class (hips, hula) transportation to and from the resort and accommodations.
